Welcome to the Safari Surf-house! You will feel like a true Venice native while staying at this lovely rustic home, which is located only a half a mile away from the world famous Abbott Kinney blvd, which features several shops, restaurants, and local business, as well as being just a few short minutes away from the beach!

When walking into this residence, you will feel completely secure with gated fences surrounding the property. Entering this unit, will have you feeling like you're right at home with it's comfortable living room greeting you at the doorway. The snug seating area contains two loveseats, as well as a cozy chair, all facing the sizable flat-screen TV that rounds out the space. Near the small couches, resides an ample table that cozily seats eight guests, which makes it the perfect place to share meals, or to just enjoy each other's company. Immediately to your left, after entering the property from the front door, is the first bedroom which has a Queen bed. Just next door, is the second bedroom, which comfortably holds two twin sized beds, which are perfect for additional family members. The third and final bedroom includes another relaxing queen bed. Each bedroom has its' own flat-screen TV as well as sizable windows, which let in the perfect amount of natural sunlight.

The kitchen is a lovely mix of vintage meets contemporary, containing a classic antique oven that adds a time-honored feel to the house, also includes a brand new refrigerator, microwave, as well a modern kitchen sink. Adjacent to the kitchen, is the bathroom containing a shower/tub equipped with a handheld European shower head.

As most beach properties along the California Coastline, this property does not include an A/C unit. With the average beach temperatures ranging from 65 to 75 degrees all-year round, air conditioning isn't generally needed in our beach-side areas. For the warmer days in California, each one of our beach properties, are equipped with portable ventilator fans. Combined with open windows, this allows the fresh ocean air to circulate and cool your property, to a very pleasant, relaxing temperature.
