About The Company
The Story
As most people that arrive in Los Angeles, I landed in the city without knowing the streets, the difference between neighborhoods nor the problem with the traffic. I found myself in a building where the property management was not responsive and did not attend to the problem in a timely manner. I spoke with different tenants/friends and I realized it was not only my manager, but most of them had a similar issue.
As a result, I focused on building this company around fast communication, and attending to the issues rapidly. Interestingly enough, that is what most tenants and homeowners like about MoMo, and what it differentiates from others management companies out there.
